The Manufacturing Innovation Recharge Center provides additive manufacturing services for researchers, industry partners and government organizations. Our capabilities include high-temperature polymer 3D printing, filament extrusion, powder processing and 3D scanning to support prototype fabrication, materials research and low-volume production. These services help engineers evaluate new materials, manufacture functional components and develop products more efficiently.

High-temperature polymer 3D printing

Produce functional prototypes and research components using engineering-grade thermoplastics capable of printing at temperatures up to 400°C. This service enables rapid design iteration, functional testing and low-volume manufacturing for research and industrial applications.
